I began my career as an insurance agent, running my own agency. After deciding to close it to pursue a new direction, I found myself drawn to a completely different path—working with my hands. I discovered a deep passion for transforming spaces, taking something broken or outdated and turning it into something beautiful and functional. What motivates me is seeing the joy in my clients' faces and knowing I'm making a positive impact on the community. Beyond providing quality craftsmanship, I'm proud to create jobs and mentor the next generation. Personal experiences, like fixing subpar work done by others, drive my commitment to integrity, excellence, and stewardship. To me, every project is an honor. My philosophy is rooted in hard work and ensuring that every task is completed with excellence. I also dedicate time to helping others, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and consulting with businesses to enhance their operations and impact.

Gladis is a dedicated accounting professional with a strong foundation in the construction industry. Originally from Guatemala, she moved to the United States at a young age and has since built her career in Washington State. A proud wife and mother, Gladis enjoys spending time outdoors with her family—whether it's camping in the summer, gathering for bonfires at the beach, or simply enjoying time together at the park. Deeply rooted in her faith and community, she is actively involved in her church and values connection, service, and integrity in all aspects of her life. Known for being easygoing, down-to-earth, and approachable, Gladis brings honesty and integrity into every interaction. With over 14 years of experience in accounting—10 of those specifically in the remodeling and construction industry—she plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health and operational clarity of Alta Group Remodeling. Her journey began by supporting her father and husband in their remodeling businesses, giving her a unique, hands-on understanding of the industry from both a financial and operational perspective. Gladis' attention to detail and commitment to excellence help drive smart decision-making and long-term success for the team.

Anna is a dedicated Project Coordinator with a strong passion for organization, communication, and continuous growth. Originally born and raised in Kyrgyzstan, Anna moved to the United States in 1999 and has called Washington home ever since. A proud mother of four and devoted wife, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, traveling, reading, and expressing her creativity through art. Her love for connection and personal development shapes both her personal life and professional approach. Known for being reliable, supportive, and team-oriented, Anna brings a thoughtful and detail-driven mindset to every project. She values honesty, respect, and care in her work, always striving to create a smooth and positive experience for both clients and team members. Anna began her journey in construction in 2017 after being invited by Leo to support the team in the office. Since then, she has grown into a key role within Alta Group Remodeling, helping bridge communication between homeowners, project managers, and field teams. Her attention to detail and commitment to organization ensure that every selection, decision, and step in the process is clearly documented and executed with precision.

Alexander is a dedicated Project Manager with a strong background in construction and a passion for hands-on problem solving. Originally from Russia, Alexander brings a resilient mindset and a “never give up” attitude to every project he takes on. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, overlanding, and spending quality time with his wife and two children—valuing both adventure and family as core parts of his life. Known for being dependable, helpful, and adaptable, Alexander plays a key role in keeping projects moving forward—especially when challenges arise. He values teamwork, reliability, and maintaining a positive, collaborative environment on every job site. Since beginning his construction career in 2016, Alexander has built a diverse skill set across multiple trades, allowing him to approach projects with both technical understanding and practical experience. His background includes work in tile, flooring, and countertops, with a strong focus on custom, detail-oriented projects that fall outside the standard scope. Alexander's hands-on experience—ranging from estimating and coordination to field execution—gives him a well-rounded perspective that helps him anticipate challenges and find solutions quickly. Outside of work, Leonardo values spending time with his family and approaches both his personal and professional life with consistency, attentiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility. Known for being respectful, considerate, adaptable, and curious, Leonardo plays a critical role in maintaining high standards across every project. He values honesty, teamwork, and dependability, and brings a steady, solutions-focused mindset to the job site. Leonardo began his career working in gutter installation and alongside a concrete crew, and over time expanded his expertise into framing, roofing, siding, drywall, tile work, and assisting with electrical and plumbing. This well-rounded background allows him to understand projects from every angle and communicate effectively with every trade involved. With a deep understanding of both the technical and operational sides of construction, Leonardo ensures that projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and care.
