The process continues with a consultation and a thorough walkthrough of your space so we can discuss the scope of work.
3. Materials and Design
After we get a better sense of what you're looking for, we'll help you select finishes and consult on design choices to ensure your vision is brought to life.
4. Permitting
Our team coordinates the permitting and engineering steps that apply to the agreed project scope.
5. Scheduling
Once required permits are in place, we confirm the construction schedule and provide a primary contact for the work.
6. Quality Control
Quality is reviewed throughout construction. If an issue is identified, we coordinate the required correction with the responsible trade.
7. Budgeting and Cost Management
During construction, we track the agreed budget and discuss alternatives when an unexpected cost or scope change arises.
8. Communication and Reporting
We keep you informed about progress, decisions, and next steps. Invoices are sent according to the agreed payment timeline.
9. Punch-List Walkthrough
Project close-out starts with a punch-list walkthrough to identify remaining tasks and review outstanding invoices and final payments. A comprehensive punch list is created for the trades to complete.
10. Scheduling Final Touches
We schedule the subcontractors and labor teams needed to complete the punch-list tasks and finalize remaining details.
11. Final Walkthrough
After the finishing touches are complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to review the finished work and confirm any remaining close-out items.
