Vladimir Kostenko is a Project Coordinator at Alta Group Remodeling, helping connect homeowners, project management, field teams, subcontractors, and project information throughout the remodeling process.

While Leo’s role is heavily focused on consultation, project direction, and helping establish the right path forward, Vladimir’s role becomes increasingly important as that direction moves toward execution. He helps keep information organized, follows up on project needs, supports communication between the people involved, and helps ensure important details don’t get lost as a project progresses.

Vladimir brings an entrepreneurial and business background to his position. Before entering construction, he worked in insurance and operated his own agency. That experience taught him the importance of communication, accountability, organization, customer relationships, and following through on commitments, all skills that translate directly into residential remodeling.

ABOUT ME

“A successful project isn’t only about the finished product. Homeowners also need to know what’s happening, what’s coming next, and that somebody is paying attention.”

My background started in business rather than construction. I worked as an insurance agent and eventually operated my own agency. When I moved into construction, I found that many of the lessons I had learned running a business applied here as well. Remodeling involves a lot of moving pieces. There are homeowners, project managers, trades, materials, schedules, decisions, changes, documentation, and unexpected conditions.

My role is to help keep those pieces connected and keep communication moving. I’ve also seen firsthand what happens when construction work isn’t performed properly. Fixing work that should have been done correctly the first time reinforced something important for me: details matter, communication matters, and accountability matters.

I enjoy being involved in the process of taking something that isn’t working and helping the team turn it into something the homeowner is excited to use again. I also enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping create better systems behind the scenes.

My goal is simple: help the homeowner and our construction team stay connected so the project can move forward with clear expectations, organized information, and fewer surprises.
