Leo – CEO of Alta Group

Leo Lutskov is a dedicated professional with a passion for construction and innovation. Married to a wonderful wife and a proud father of three, Leo cherishes spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and riding enduro dirt bikes with his 16-year-old son. A lifelong Washington resident, he has a deep appreciation for the state’s natural beauty and is enthusiastic about technological advancements, especially AI and electric vehicles. Known for his willingness to help others, Leo extends his generosity to family, neighbors, and clients alike. Leo’s leadership and expertise continue to drive Alta Group’s reputation for elevated craftsmanship and forward-thinking solutions in the construction and remodeling industry.

  • Advanced knowledge of 3D building practices and sustainability initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends.

Vladimir – COO of Alta Group

I began my career as an insurance agent, running my own agency. After deciding to close it to pursue a new direction, I found myself drawn to a completely different path—working with my hands. I discovered a deep passion for transforming spaces, taking something broken or outdated and turning it into something beautiful and functional.
What motivates me is seeing the joy in my clients’ faces and knowing I’m making a positive impact on the community. Beyond providing quality craftsmanship, I’m proud to create jobs and mentor the next generation. Personal experiences, like fixing subpar work done by others, drive my commitment to integrity, excellence, and stewardship.
To me, every project is an honor. My philosophy is rooted in hard work and ensuring that every task is completed with excellence. I also dedicate time to helping others, mentoring young entrepreneurs, and consulting with businesses to enhance their operations and impact.

Since joining the company in 2017, Anna has been instrumental in streamlining administrative processes and enhancing office performance. Her dedication to maintaining organized workflows and clear communication has made her a cornerstone of the team.
